For your convenience, we allow up to 2 pets per apartment residence with a combined weight of no more than 100lbs. lilli Midtown pet residents enjoy our spacious light-filled apartment residences and access to our pet turf area on the top of the parking deck convenient for owners to take their dogs to use the bathroom! Our location provides access to great outdoor parks and amenities for your pet to enjoy the outdoors. Please speak with our leasing consultant on bread restrictions.
Fees:
$250 per pet at lease signing + $20/month pet rent per pet.
